Production technologies allow multiple options for processing of plasticsand plastic sheeting. Are technologies of injection molding, cutting, folding, formatting, cutting, welding, bending, printing, etc.

PVC foil Durofol the offsets formats blister trays

Company Auttep, spol sr.o. wholesome process, technical and food non-softened PVC films. Foil materials produced by FATRA Chropyně under the brand Durofol ^®  are not produced any more. Corporation FATRA Chropyně finished on the date 31.12.2009 production of those hard non-softened PVC foils. Whole assortment of PVC foils DUROFOL^®  were replaced by comparable imported certified materials from other producers.

Technical and food non-softened PVC Durofol

Non-softened foils are suitable for the production of technical and food products, which are mechanically deformed by vacuum or overpressure. These are mainly pots, trays, bowls and other technical transportation offsets and blisters. Foil, which found many applications in manufacturing, are widely used for the manufacture of some school facilities.

BOPET film

BOPET - biaxially oriented polyester, or more

accurately the polyetylenterephtalate films are generally one of the highest quality and most widely used materials for the manufacture of flexible packaging.

Foil tenolan ^®

BOPET film produced by FATRA Chropyně under the brand tenolan ^® are suitable for food packaging (N design) and for packaging of technical products. There is also implementing "antimony free".

HPS films

HPS foils are mainly used in production for the manufacture of technical recesses for packing and fixation products. Film has excellent workability, low specific weight, are very well applicable for forming deep and complex shapes.

Formatting film

The company handles AUTTEP film technology of continuous formatting or formatting of the roles of the plates on standard cutting machine.

Formatting transparencies BOPET tenolan ^® tl. 5 um - 150 um, max width to 700 mm, are suitable for applications requiring higher heat resistance up to temperatures of ²⁰⁰ o C. Foils are suitable for example for other printing in laser printers. Food Design with stuffs is "antimony free".

Shaping foil - food and industrial packaging

Company AUTTEP is a traditional manufacturer of molded packaging and blisters in the Czech Republic. Packaging for food non-softened are made of vinyl, which is rich in low permeability for oxygen (in the case of high durability requirements for packaged food containers can be made from vinyl laminate with polyethylene). Covers are made from wholesome film on a transparent, natural (pale yellow) and color. Transparent containers are transparent and not change the nature appearance and color of packaged goods, which is particularly important in the food industry. For manufacturing are produced as technical packaging or blister packaging of color, usually white HPS or PVC foil.

Foil and mat for beekeepers used in bee-hive

Hard PVC foils are suitable for production of foil used  by beekeepers for additional thermal isolation of bee-hive and also for reduction of waste of water and water vapour from thr bee-hive. Company AUTTEP produce from transparent hard food PVC foil thickness 0,4mm foil in all asked sizes. Mat for beekeepers used for taking of material produced by bee is made of food PVC foil thickness 0,2 - 0,3 mm.
